Is Your Mind Restless in March?

March has arrived with its mixed bag of weather. Just enough hints that Spring is near – a bit more sunshine, melting snow revealing grass and fields, early morning birdsong – and plenty of windy, chilly, snowy reminders that winter lingers. It is especially important to mind our thoughts as we grow impatient or restless with this seasonal shift. Coming out of the gray winter months is a process!

Stay present in this season and remember our attitude plays a large part in how happy we are in life. We alone are responsible for our thoughts and it’s important to redirect negative messages we encounter. Wake and walk through every day with an attitude of gratitude and thankfulness for all our prosperity, in all its forms. Control daily thought patterns so as to promote positivity, abundance, hope and confidence. Change unproductive scripts that may be on repeat in our heads. Cultivate a narrative that promotes your best self.

Our thoughts are paramount to health and well-being. During this transition from late winter to early spring, from dormancy to renewed life, take time to embrace the awesome power we hold within: "Your mind is a garden. Your thoughts are the seeds. You can grow flowers or you can grow weeds."
